Classroom Management in our version

1. When the students want to enter the classroom, the first thing they have to do is taking off the
shoes outside of the classroom therefore a shoe rack must be available outside.
2. The best desk and bench set in our classroom management is saf bench where the teacher can
walk in the aisle while teaching and explaining the material in order to see the teacher
mastering the classroom well.
3. We put the teacher’s desk in the right side of the class because when we put it precisely near
the door, it seems like disturbing our sight when going in and out of class.
4. An incredible classroom is a class where all the students pay attention to the design of the
room, cleanliness, etc. So in the front wall of the classroom, the students must attach a tree
and leaves picture It’s made of paper board and we call it a hope tree. Each of students must
have one leave and then they write their own future goals or future wishes on the leaves after
that they attach it on the tree trunk so hopefully their goals come true someday.
5. On the right wall of classroom we put a small white board to write something important
whether is it like information, the student who absents at that time or anything and of course
there must be an Indonesian flag besides teacher’s desk.
6. Along that wall there must be windows to provide natural lighting and cool air in the
morning. On the window we don’t want to hang any curtains because we want the students
develop their creativity and what we want as a teacher is they should hang triangle paper
board, circle paper board, square paper board whatever and then write their own bio data. it is
not only make the class beautiful or interesting but also they can know each other through bio
data.
7. Under the window we want to put a long table to display students' handicrafts
8. On the back wall of the class there must be a large noticeboard. On the large noticeboard we
attach the rules of classroom, the quotes from inspirational or success people, list of
vocabulary, learning outcomes that are made in an interesting and colorful way.
9. Above the noticeboard there must be a clock to make the teacher easier manage his/her time
10. On the right side of the room there should be a sink to wash their hands after each time they
make handcrafts and ensure that the student’s hands must totally clean and hygienic.
11. Beside the sink there is a bookshelf to increase students' interest in reading.
12. Beside a bookshelf there must be a cabinet. Inside the cabinet there are goods and stationery
that are often used by students such as markers, colored cardboard, scissors, crayons, glue,
etc.
13. There is also a small desk to put a computer and a printer to facilitate classroom activities
14. Behind the door there must be a broom and trash can to foster awareness that cleanliness is
beautiful.
15. Other facilities to support activities in class are on the ceiling must have LCD and AC to
make students comfortable in the learning process.
