Online Job portal

Online job portal is aimed at developing N ONLINE search portal for jobs application for job
seekers. The system project is online web application which can be accessed anywhere. The
system will be used as online job portal for jobseeker. The system is designed for the particular
need of the company to carry out operation in smooth and effective manner. The application is
reduced as much as possible to avoids errors while entering the data. No formal knowledge is
needed for the user to use the system, The application can assist the user to concentrate on their
other activity rather to concentrate on the record keeping.

Problem statement

Employment has been made manual in past year up to this current situation where everything has
totally changed due to technological changes, In the current context where technology is also
advancing most job recruitment process has abit changed though some problem stills
occurs,Most company has developed their websites where they advertise their jobs and still go
back to traditional ways where application form is downloaded and them filled up then submitted
to the company further verification then be called afterward for the jobs.

Aims

To came up with more user friendly cheap convinent and available job portal system in
Nepal,This will make employment process easier
