AFFIDAVIT

I, EDITHA B. LISONDRA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of No. 1218

Don Bernardo Homes, Pantoc, City of Meycauayan, Bulacan, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby state under oath that:

1. I am the sister of TEOFILO B. BUREROS, JR. who is the owner of JNB

Pawnshop at San Vicente, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

2. By the virtue of the Special Power of Attorney vested in me by my brother, I

tried to transact with the Bureau of Internal Revenue on his behalf regarding
his business registration details but my request was denied because I did
not have any documents in my possession.

3. The reason for not having these documents is because it has been damp due
to heavy rains which considered as damage and can no longer read what is
written in the documents.

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements

for all legal intents and for whatever legal purposes this affidavit may serve.

FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
