1st Card Giving Minutes of Meeting

September 8, 2018, ICT Laboratory

Agenda:

1. Other documents needed on each student’s Information folder

2. Election of HPTA Officers
3. Homeroom Projects
4. Foods to be brought for the intramurals(Per Parent)
5. Grade issues/Failures and Remediation’s.
6. Other concerns.

The meeting started at exactly 9am, Ms. Colegio led the prayer followed by the getting
to know you phase, they stared to introduce themselves and from where are they,
afterwards, I introduced myself as well.

After the intro phase, we immediately moved to the next agenda, Mrs. Colegio were
elected as the HPTA President, Mrs. Andes as the vice-president, Mrs. Agliones as the
Secretary, Mrs. Abania as the Treasurer.

After the election, we discussed the homeroom projects, and the foods that will be
brought per parent for the intramurals to lessen the burden of the kids.

The meeting adjourned at 10:30 followed with the release of cards.

The meeting started at exactly 9am, I led the prayer and immediately started the
distribution of cards. As I distribute the cards, I give feedback to the parents regarding
their kids so that they would be aware with the behavior and the performance of their
kids at school.

The distribution of cards adjourned at exactly 12:00.

The release started at exactly 9am, I gather up all the parents and extended my
congratulations to them. One by one, I let them sign the release logbook and releases
their folders.
