EXCLUSIONS:
1. Handling equipment (CRANE), tools and manpower (RIGGER) required for unloading, rigging, positioning
and assembly of cooling tower
2. Steel Beams and civil works for equipment foundation
3. Cooling tower supply and return connection and piping works
4. Make-up water piping works
5. VFD, Installation of VFD and electrical works
6. Electrical power & water requirement during installation & testing
7. Storage and warehouse keeping

Terms & Conditions:

PAYMENT : 50% downpayment, 50% upon complete delivery.

DELIVERY : 18 weeks upon receipt of Purchase Order and Downpayment.

WARRANTY : FIVE (5) YEARS against factory defects from the date of shipment.
NOTE: Wear & Tear parts (Bearings, Belts & Float Valve) – 1 year against factory defects.

VALIDITY : 30 days from the date of issue.
