RESOLUTION NO. 4 SERIES OF 2019

A RESOLUTION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF LUCKY ACE DEL ROSARIO, KATRINA SOMERA,
CHERISHA GARGARAN, LEANNE ISIDRO TO THE POSITION OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT SENATOR, HERO CARBON TO THE POSITION OF ABM
COUNCIL CONGRESSMAN, AND JAMES ANGELO GALOPE MATAVIA TO THE POSITION OF
STEM COUNCIL BOARD MEMBER

WHEREAS, section 2, Article IXX of the Constitution and By-Laws of SHS-SSG, s.2018 known as the
Qualifications and Tenure of Office states that “If such vacancy occurs in the office of the President, the
External Vice President takes over. The Executive Body shall call for a decision to appoint from the
studentry, to fill a vacant position and such officer shall serve only the unexpired term.”

WHEREAS, the Executive Body has called for the appointee to take the position of Senior High School
Supreme Student Senator, ABM Council Congressman, and STEM Council Board Member

WHEREAS, the latter deemed willing and able to partake in the responsibilities, burdens, prestige, honor
and duties carried by Supreme Student Government Officers, ABM Council Officers and STEM Council
Officers

WHEREAS, the latter has skills and experiences that may serve useful for the Supreme Student
Government Office, ABM Council, and STEM Council

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SSG Senator Ivan Klar S. Braga and duly seconded by the body.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED affirming that LUCKY ACE DEL ROSARIO, KATRINA
SOMERA, CHERISHA GARGARAN, LEANNE ISIDRO shall be appointed as Senior High School
Supreme Student Government Senators, HERO CARBON shall be appointed as Senior High School

as Senior High School STEM Council Board Member for the school year of 2019 -
2020, effective immediately.
