INFORMATION

The undersigned accused JULIO QUIETA of the crime of murder,

defined and penalized under ART. 248 of the Revised Penal Code,
committed as follows:

That on or about the 10 th day of August, 2019, in

the Municipality of Sierra Bullones, and within
the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said
accused, with treachery and evident
premeditation, and with great abuse of
confidence, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously, attack, assault, and
hack Macario Y. Rosales, with a bolo, while the
latter was sitting on the rice field, inflicting upon
fatal wounds in the upper back, left shoulder and
front neck which caused the direct death of the
said victim.
