MOTION FOR COMPLIANCE AND PROBATION

COMES NOW, the accused thru the undersigned counsel unto this
Honorable Court, respectfully states:

1. That on July 26, 2019, this Honorable Court issued an order based from
accused change of plea of guilty to a lesser offenses of the above-
captioned cases;
2. That the order of this Honorable Court convicting the accused to a
lesser offenses are covered by the provisions of the Probation Law;
3. That herein accused possesses all the requirements and none of the
disqualifications as she was not previously convicted of a crime where
the penalty involved was not more than five (5) years;
 4. That Accused is willing to comply and abide whatever terms and
conditions will be imposed by the Probation Office and willing to serve
during the period of probation;
5. That in compliance with the August 23, 2019 Court Order, attached are
the Affidavit of Custody of the undersigned counsel, Official Receipt
(OR) No. 1261855 D of the amount of Php. 20, 000.00, Drug Test
Report and Certificate of Detention as ANNEXES “1”, “2”, “3” and “4”
respectively;

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the instant motion be favorably

acted by this Hon. Court.
