Schools Division Superintendent Chiefs, Education Program Supervisors (SGOD and CID) Division and District Supervisors Principals and Heads of Public Elementary and Secondary Schools Administrative Officer V al Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2016 dated January 21, 2016, re: HIRING GUIDELINES FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SHS) TEACHING POSITIONS EFFECTIVE SCHOOL YEAR (SY) 2016 2017, the selection process for inclusion of qualified applicants in the registry shall be done each school year. 2 The said guidelines shall apply to the filing up of newly created and/or natural vacancies for teaching positions in public senior high schools. 3. For applicants who are already teaching with the DepEd either in elementary or junior high schools (JHS), DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007 on the “Revised Guidelines on the Appointment and Promotion of the Other Teaching, Related Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions’ shall apply, except for “Part Ill. Computation of Points’ of said DepEd Order. “Part VII. Evaluation Criteria and Computation of Points” of this Order shall apply instead. 4. All applicants shall register to the Department's Online System at application.deped.gov.ph, where they must encode their Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and select the division(s) where they want to be ranked. Once submitted, a Unique Applicant Number (UAN) will be issued.
