Introduction

In large software organizations there are hundreds projects work is going on

simultaneously, these projects will be at different stages. The common

problem in the software is the bugs or malfunction, when testing people, or

implementation or quality people checking the software’s, if they found any

bugs then they need a method or tool to inform the same to the rest of the

team or the bug information as to be sent to the corresponding project

development team, these bugs are found at different places. So a tool is

necessary to track all these bugs and proper management is required.

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to specify requirements and to give

guidelines for the development of above said project. In particular it gives

guidelines on how to prepare the above said project.
