2. The Research Forum aims to provide an avenue for the participants to:
a. share effective practices and innovations on K to 12 Science curriculum for a
transformative and effective teaching-learning process and outcomes;
b. to promote and expand collaboration and develop a culture of research among
teachers/researchers across other disciplines; and
c. gather research findings/ information that will serve as bases for instruction/
curriculum enhancement and development, and policy
recommendations/decisions.
d. recognize achievement and celebrate success Re: SDO-Sorsogon Project RISE
implementation
3. This activity shall be attended by over 600 participants composed of the following:
concerned OSDS, CID and SGOD personnel, the Project RISE Science teacher-researchers,
all Master Teachers in all learning areas from both elementary and secondary schools in the
Division including Master Teachers assigned as TICs, concerned school heads and Asst.
School Principals for JHS and SHS for Academic, the 5 Science teachers per Cluster to be
identified by the Cluster Head and the technical/ working committees. Participants are
requested to wear formal/ business attire.
4. The list of cluster participants (5 Science teachers per cluster) should be endorsed/
submitted by the Cluster Head to Division CID Office c/o Ms. Sheila Natalia Viray not later
than November 29, 2019.

On Attendance:
Prepare attendance sheets
Facilitate the signing of attendance. Ensure that all
participants have signed in the attendance sheets
Keep all the attendance sheets intact
Furnish the emcee with the names/list of guests and/or
number of participants per district/cluster
Prepare the summary of attendance and furnish copy to
the committee on documentation and committee on
certificates
