Please be informed that the above cited incident transpired on or about 02:55 AM of January
18, 2020 along General Luna St. Brgy. Banaba, San Mateo, Rizal. Whereas arrested suspect
was identified as Marlon Padual y Tabianan @Awe, 37 years old, born on April 02, 1982 in
Marikina City, Single, High School level, Single, Roman Catholic and a resident of No. 25
Geniville Brgy. Banaba, San Mateo, Rizal. (Arrested for violation of RA 9165 sec 5 and 11
Listed in DI watchlist) while arresting officers were PSSg Ariel A Andeza and PSSg Ian About
both DET Operatives assigned at San Mateo, MPS San Mateo, Rizal.
FACTS OF THE CASE: At around 03:50 AM of January 18, 2020 this case was referred
and turned over to this office for investigation.
On the aforementioned time, date and place of incident, above named operatives under
the direct supervision of the undersigned conducted Surveillance operation w/ prior
coordination from PDEA thru control number 10005-012020-1097 and buy-bust operation w/
prior coordination from PDEA thru control number 10005-012020-1098 and armed w/ buy bust
money against @AWE. During said police operation, poseur buyer (PSSg Andeza) has able to
buy a single sachet of suspected shabu in exchange of Php 500.00 php to suspect @AWE
which resulted to his arrest and from his possession the below cited recovered of evidence.
Subsequently, after the inventory of the recovered pieces of evidence, witnessed by Barangay
Kagawad of Jonathan Manaois Brgy. Banaba, San Mateo, Rizal, suspect and recovered
pieces of evidence were brought to this office for documentation.
Recovered pieces of evidence: Four (4) pcs of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets
containing suspected shabu with markings, date and signature BB 1/18/20, MTP1 1/18/20,
MTP3 1/18/20, MTP2 1/18/20 (with estimated weight of 1 grams, with estimated value of Php
6,800), Buy-bust money One (1) pc of Five Hundred peso bill (Php 500.00) with serial number
JV914800 marked as AAA
Status of the Suspects: Arrested suspect was detained under custodial Investigation

Please be informed that the above cited incident transpired OOA 04:20 AM of January
18, 2020 along Gravel Pit, Brgy. Guinayang, San Mateo, Rizal. Arrested suspects identified as
1.) Armando Serbera y Santos @Empoy, 22 years old, born on April 29, 1992 in San Mateo,
Rizal, Single, Construction worker, High School Level, Roman Catholic and a resident of
Gravel Pit, Brgy. Guinayang, San Mateo, Rizal. (Arrested for violation of RA 9165 sec 5 and 11
Listed in DI watchlist) and 2.) Kimberly San Jose y Verterra @ Kim , 18 years old, born on
October 15, 2001 in Marikina City, Jobless, High School Level, Roman Catholic and a resident
of General Luna St., Brgy. Giuinyang, San Mateo, Rizal. (Arrested for violation of RA 9165 sec
11 Listed in DI watchlist) while arresting officers were Pat Edrowen Seligbon and Pat Jestoni
Tarongoy both DET Operatives assigned at San Mateo, MPS San Mateo, Rizal.
FACTS OF THE CASE: At around 05:20 AM of January 18, 2020 this case was referred
and turned over to this office for investigation.
On the aforementioned time, date and place of incident, above named operatives under
the direct supervision of the undersigned conducted buy-bust operation w/ prior coordination
from PDEA thru control number 10005-012020-1101 and armed w/ buy bust money against
@Empoy. During said police operation, poseur buyer (Pat Seligbon) has able to buy a single
sachet of suspected shabu in exchange of Php 500.00 php to suspect @Empoy that resulted
to his arrest including alias kim who was caught in the possession and control of dangerous
drugs (shabu). Subsequently, after the inventory of the recovered pieces of evidence,
witnessed by Barangay Kagawad Remegio Halili of Brgy. Guinayang San Mateo, Rizal,
suspect and recovered pieces of evidence were brought to this office for documentation.
Recovered pieces of evidence: Four (4) pcs of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets
containing suspected shabu with markings, date and signature BB ASS 1/18/20, ASS1
1/18/20, ASS2 1/18/20, KVS1 1/18/20, (with estimated weight of 1 grams, with estimated
value of Php 6,800), Buy-bust money One (1) pc of Five Hundred peso bill (Php 500.00) with
serial number CX590530 marked as ELS and two (2)pcs Coin Purse color brown and Sky Blue
with marking date and signature ASS3 1/18/20 and KVS2 1/18/20

SUBJECT: Spot Report re- Vehicular Accident
Reference: Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
This pertains to above subject that transpired at about 5:00 AM of January 18, 2020
along Circumferential Road, Brgy. San Isidro, Antipolo City, Rizal ( Near Sports Hub) wherein
the victim is identified as MARK LAURENCE MORENO LEGASPI, 37 yrs old, married, male,
Member of PNP, assigned at Manila Police District, assigned at District Special Operation Unit,
born on July 30, 1991 and residing at # 6848 Clarmen Village, Sucat, Paranaque City(
Deceased) while the suspect driver is FREDERICK DEQUIÑA ROXAS, 50 yrs old, married,
male, driver, born on October 14, 1969 and residing at Hulo, Iba, Meycauyan, Bulacan.
On 5:30 AM of this date, this station received telephone call regarding vehicular
accident. Investigators were dispatch to conduct investigation which disclosed that on said
TPDO, victim was onboard his service Yamaha motorcycle, color black and traversing heading
to Circumferential Road, upon reaching to the place of occurrence, victim did not notice the
cable wire tangled at the road. On that instance, victim fell on the ground and hit the end right
side portion of the incoming Isuzu Ten (10) Wheeler Truck bearing plate # UWM 859 that
resulted in his instantaneous death.

St., Brgy. Malanday, San Mateo, Rizal. (Arrested for violation of RA 9165 sec 11, Listed in DI
watchlist) while arresting officers were PSSg Ariel A Andeza and PSSg Ian About both DET
Operatives assigned at San Mateo, MPS San Mateo, Rizal.
FACTS OF THE CASE: At around 06:55 AM of January 18, 2020 this case was referred
and turned over to this office for investigation.
On the aforementioned time, date and place of incident, above named operatives under
the direct supervision of the undersigned conducted surveillance w/ prior coordination from
PDEA thru control number 10005-012020-1102 and buy-bust operation w/ prior coordination
from PDEA thru control number 10005-012020-1103 and armed w/ buy bust money against
@Lintek During said police operation, poseur buyer (PSSg About) has able to buy a single
sachet of suspected shabu in exchange of Php 500.00 to suspect @Lintek that resulted to his
arrest including alias Alfred who was conspiracy of selling dangerous drugs while suspect
alias Michael was caught in the possession and control suspected dangerous drugs (shabu).
Subsequently, after the inventory of the recovered pieces of evidence, witnessed by Barangay
Kagawad Remgio Halili of Brgy. Guinayang San Mateo, Rizal, suspects and recovered pieces
of evidence were brought to this office for documentation.

containing suspected shabu with markings, date and signature BB 1/18/20, ROG1 1/18/20,

weight of 5 grams, with estimated value of Php 34,000), Buy-bust money One (1) pc of Five

NATURE OF INCIDENT: Violation of Section 5 in relation to Section 26 and Section 11 of
R.A. 9165
DATE/TIME and PLACE of Occurrence: January 18, 2020, around 07:50 AM at Sitio
Abuyod, Brgy. Dalig, Teresa, Rizal.
COMPLAINANTs: PCpl Jeremy Asayo and PSSg Raymund N Ventura, Drug Enforcement
Team of Teresa MPS.
RESPONDENTS/SUSPECTs/
1. ALVIN MORALES y CABRERA AKA “VIN”, 29 years old, with live-in partner,
jobless, college level, born on January 30, 1989 at Pampanga and presently residing at #032,
Sitio Kasoy 2, Brgy. Mambugan, Antipolo, City. pusher/user/named already submitted to
PIB Rizal. (Arrested)
2. SUNNY LOCAÑAS y ALBERGA AKA “LABO”, 44 years old, married, tricycle
driver, grade 3, born on June 17, 1975 at Albay and presently residing at Sitio Payong, Brgy.
Dalig, Antipolo, City. pusher/user/named already submitted to PIB Rizal. (Arrested)
RECOVERED EVIDENCE: Five (5) pieces transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance of suspected to be shabu with masking tape marked as RNV (Buy-bust
drug), RNV1, RNV2, RNV3 and RNV4 recovered from the possession of AKA “VIN” and
another Two (2) pieces transparent plastic sachet with white crystalline substance of suspected
to be shabu with masking tape marked as RNV5 and RNV6 including Buy Bust Money
amounting Php 500.00 pesos recovered from the possession of AKA “LABO”.
FACTS/NARRATIVE:
This Office received information from a concern citizen that AKA “VIN” was the one
who sells illegal drugs at Sitio Abuyod, Brgy. Dalig, this municipality. Said report was
validated thru the cooperation of Mobilized Intel Community/Confidential Informant (CI) in the
said area. On 07:50 AM, January 18, 2020 after PDEA coordination with control #10005-
012020-1106, Intel/DET Operatives of this Police Station under the supervision of PCPT
EMMARIE S ABLAO, conducted Anti- Illegal Drugs Operation (Buy-Bust) against AKA “VIN”
who was with AKA “LABO” during the time of said operation in which PSSg Ventura together
with Confidential Informant (CI) acted as poseur buyer and was able to buy suspected shabu to
afore-mentioned arrested suspects. Confiscated evidence were Five (5) pieces transparent
plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected to be shabu with masking
tape marked as RNV (Buy-bust drug), RNV1, RNV2, RNV3 and RNV4 recovered from the
possession of AKA “VIN” and another Two (2) pieces transparent plastic sachet with white
crystalline substance of suspected to be shabu with masking tape marked as RNV5 and RNV6
including Buy Bust Money amounting Php 500.00 pesos recovered from the possession of
AKA “LABO”. The arrested suspects were apprised their constitutional rights on dialect known
to them before they were brought to Teresa MPS together with the seized evidence for
documentation and later to Rizal Police Provincial Office Crime Laboratory for drug test and
examination of evidence recovered.

violation of RA 9165 sec 5 and 11, Listed in DI watchlist) 2.) Den Mark San Jose y Acosta @
Mark , 26 years old, born on May 21, 1993 in Bulacan, Jobless, High School level, with –live in
partner, Roman Catholic and a resident of Gravel Pit, Brgy. Guinayang, San Mateo, Rizal.
Arrested for violation of RA 9165 sec 5 and 11, Listed in DI watchlist) while arresting officers
were Pat Luigi Bernados and Pat Jerome Pablo Echano both DET Operatives assigned at San
Mateo, MPS San Mateo, Rizal.
FACTS OF THE CASE: At around 08:30 AM of January 18, 2020 this case was referred
and turned over to this office for investigation.
On the aforementioned time, date and place of incident, above named operatives under
the direct supervision of the undersigned conducted Surveillance operation w/ prior
coordination from PDEA thru control number 10005-012020-1104 and buy-bust operation w/
prior coordination from PDEA thru control number 10005-012020-1105 and armed w/ buy bust
money against @Tisay. During said police operation, poseur buyer (Pat Bernados) has able
to buy a single sachet of suspected shabu in exchange of Php 500.00 php to suspect @Tisay
which resulted to her arrest including his live-in partner alias Mark who was Conspiracy of
Selling Dangerous drugs (shabu). Subsequently, after the inventory of the recovered pieces of
evidence, witnessed by Barangay Kagawad Remegio Halili of Brgy. Guinayang, San Mateo,
Rizal, suspects and recovered pieces of evidence were brought to this office for
documentation.

Why:
Who: Victim: Ronald Magalona y Bongat, 25 y/o, male, single, factory worker, born on
November 5, 1994 presently residing at #1635 Sitio Puting Bato Brgy Inarawan, Antipolo City,
Rizal ( Confined at Amang Rodriguez Medical Center)
Suspect: Rodney Olimberio y Eblogan,49years old, male, married, taxi driver, born on July
2,1970 residing at Phase 4 South Ville B47A L21,Baras Rizal (Arrested)
HOW: Investigation disclosed according to the statement of the witnesses that suspect was
riding on his driven vehicle and traversing along Marcos Hi way going to Cogeo direction. Upon
reaching at the place of occurrence, at the slight curve portion of the Hi way, victim crossed
thereat, and on the middle of the Hi way, driver suspect accidentally hit and bumped the victim
and sustained injuries on different parts of his body and rushed in Amang Rodriguez Medical

This pertains to above subject that transpired at around 7:00 PM of January 14, 2020 at, Sitio
Tabing Ilog, Brgy Bagong Nayon 1, Antipolo City. Suspects were identified as 1. Leopoldo
Guevarra y Eliang, 32 years old, born on August 12, 1986 in Antipolo City, single, tricycle
driver, (arrested), 2. Omeng Locsin (at-large) 3. Kiko Locsin( at-large), 4. Mico Aguire (at-large)
all residents of Sitio Tabing Ilog, Barangay Bagong Nayon 1 Antipolo City, arrested by Rolando
Santos y San Pascual and Ronnie Lopez y Singson both active Barangay Tanod of Barangay
Bagong Nayon 1 Antipolo City.

Reference: Spot Report from Officer in-Charge, Antipolo CPS dated January 14, 2020
This pertains to the above-mentioned incident that transpired on January 14, 2020 at
around 11:40 PM at Josenia St., Sulukan 1A, Brgy., Cupang, Antipolo City, Rizal which
resulted in the arrest of suspects. Apprehending officers managed to confiscate three (3)
sachet of suspected shabu.
Please be informed that on January 17, 2020 BIENVENIDO BERNAL y TEVES @JUN
for Violation of Sec 5 and 11 of RA 9165 were already filed thru inquest proceeding before the
City Prosecutors Office, Antipolo City under the sala of Prosecutor Attorney Madeleine
Bayani-De Mesa with DOCKET/I.S No. XV-01-INQ 20A-00088.
Further be informed that laboratory examination conducted on confiscated pieces of
evidence marked as BTBBB BTB and BTB1 yielded POSITIVE result for the presence of
METHAMPHETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE with total net weight of 0.26 gram.
The suspect currently detained at Antipolo City Custodial Facility pending Commitment
Order from the Court.

and DAN BIANES y BAQUE @KULOT (At-large) for Violation of Sec 5 and 11 of RA 9165
were already filed thru inquest proceeding before the City Prosecutors Office, Antipolo City
under the sala of Associate City Prosecutor Rayann I De Guzman with DOCKET/I.S No.
XV-01-INQ 20A-00086.
Further be informed that laboratory examination conducted on confiscated pieces of
evidence marked as DBBBB NCCS NCCS1 and NCCS2 yielded POSITIVE result for the
presence of METHAMPHETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE with total net weight of 0.22 gram.
The suspect currently detained at Antipolo City Custodial Facility pending Commitment
Order from the Court.

around 11:30 PM at Sulucan 1A, Brgy., Mayamot, Antipolo City, Rizal which resulted in the
arrest of suspects. Apprehending officers managed to confiscate three (3) sachet of suspected
shabu.
Please be informed that on January 17, 2020 MARK CHRISTOPHER LIZA @MAK1 for
Violation of Sec 5 and 11 of RA 9165 were already filed thru inquest proceeding before the City
Prosecutors Office, Antipolo City under the sala of Associate City Prosecutor Roy Inciong
with DOCKET/I.S No. XV-01-INQ 20A-00085.
Further be informed that laboratory examination conducted on confiscated pieces of
evidence marked as MAK1BB MAK11 and MAK12 yielded POSITIVE result for the presence
of METHAMPHETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE with total net weight of 0.63 gram.
The suspect currently detained at Antipolo City Custodial Facility pending Commitment

SUBJECT: Spot Report re: Arrested Person for Violation of Sec. 5 and 11, Art II of R.A.
9165
Reference: PDEA Control Number 10005-012020-1110 and 10005-012020-1112, dated
January 18, 2020.
This pertains to the Anti-illegal Drug buy-bust operation conducted by this station led by
PSMS Randy A Andanar, under direct supervision of OIC PLTCOL NORMAN T RAÑON at
Katipunan Street, Brgy. Calumpang, Binangonan, Rizal which resulted to the arrest of one
Edwin Daldy y Kuan alias Putot, male, 26 years old, with live-n partner, elementary graduate,
jobless, Roman Catholic, 5’3 in height, 54 kgs, born on September 05, 1993 at Binangonan,
Rizal and a resident of Katipunan Street, Brgy. Calumpang, Binangonan, Rizal. (Arrested/
Pusher)

Initial investigation disclosed that on or about 12:15 PM of January 18, 2020 at the
aforesaid place, PSMS Randy A Andanar acted as poseur-buyer together with a confidential
agent transacted to buy an illegal drug from above mentioned-suspect. Accordingly, police
operative bought from the suspect one (1) piece of small heat-sealed transparent plastic
sachet containing suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride (Shabu) utilizing one (1) piece
of Two Hundred Peso Bill marked money with serial number S483367 initially marked with

VI: FACTS/NARRATIVE:
This Office received information from a concern citizen that AKA “BRANDO”, AKA
“LYKA” and AKA “PAMELA”, confederating and helping one another by delivering and
selling of illegal drugs at Sitio Abuyod, Brgy. Dalig, this municipality using the above
mentioned tricycle. Said report was validated thru the cooperation of Mobilized Intel
Community/Confidential Informant (CI) in the said area. On 01:50 PM, January 18, 2020 after
PDEA coordination with control #10005-012020-1113, Intel/DET Operatives of this Police
Station under the supervision of PCPT EMMARIE S ABLAO, conducted Anti- Illegal Drugs
Operation (Buy-Bust) against said suspects in which PCpl Asayo together with Confidential
Informant (CI) acted as poseur buyer and was able to buy suspected shabu to afore-mentioned
arrested suspects. Confiscated evidence were Four (4) pieces of heat sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected to be shabu with masking
tape marked as JA (Buy-bust drug), JA1, JA2 and JA3 recovered from the possession of
AKA “BRANDO” and One (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance of suspected to be shabu with masking tape marked as JA4 recovered
from the possession of AKA “LYKA” and another Three (3) pieces heat sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected to be shabu with masking
tape marked as JA5, JA6 and JA7 including Buy Bust Money amounting Php 500.00 pesos

Investigation disclosed that on TDPO, V1 was traversing on a two pavement cement
road came from Sitio Pawpawan Brgy. San Salvador Baras, Rizal while vehicle 2 was
traversing on opposite direction going to Sitio Pawpawan of Brgy. San Salvador Baras, Rizal
with unsafe speed and did not exercise the proper degree of care that resulted to crash
accident. Vehicle 1 driver committed injuries in different parts of his body, while the driver of
vehicle 2 remain unharmed. Driver of Vehicle 1 immediately rushed to Rizal Provincial Hospital
in Morong, Rizal for medical treatment. Vehicles involved in crash accident were now in the
custody of this office for further investigation and proper disposition.

Dagooc coordinated to PDEA CALABARZON with PRE-OPS CNTRL NR. 10005-012020-
1111, Buy-bust Operation intended to certain alyas “Renz” who allegedly behind selling of
illegal drugs ( marijuana) in the area of Barangay Cupang and nearby Barangay of Mayamot,
Antipolo City, Rizal.
That around 2:15PM of same date, PSSG Alfredo Batallier, acted as poseur buyer was
able to buy One (1) pc heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “dried
marijauana” from alyas “Renz” with the used of one thousand Peso (Php 1000.00) buy-bust
money. PSSg Bataller, immediately give the pre-arrange to his colleagues to helped him arrest
the suspect, during the conduct of pre-emptive search the seizing officers were able to
seized/confiscated the abovementioned pieces of evidence from the possession and control of
arrested suspect.
Arrested suspect, upon arrest was apprised of his constitutional rights and subsequently

operative bought from the two suspects in connivance one (1) piece of small heat-sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride (Shabu)
utilizing one (1) piece of Two Hundred Peso Bill marked money with serial number K059677
initially marked with CPP that resulted to their arrest. All recovered pieces of evidence from two

Victim was brought at Margarito Duavit Memorial Hospital in Brgy. Darangan, Binangonan,
Rizal for further medical treatment but declared dead by the Attending Physician thereat.
OOA 6:30 PM of January 18, 2020, PCpl Roxan Bumangit, duty Custodial Officer of this
station notified by Co-PUPC of the abovementioned PUPC/victim informing that the aforesaid
PUPC/victim was suffering difficulty in breathing while inside the Custodial Facility. Right after,
PCpl Bumangit sought for medical assistance of MDRRMC/RESCUE of this Municipality
wherein the latter immediately arrived and checked the condition of the aforesaid PUPC and
thereafter rushed at the Margarito Duavit Memorial Hospital, Binangonan, Rizal for medical
treatment. However, the above-mentioned PUPC was declared dead on arrival at the above-
mentioned hospital by the attending physician Dr. Vilatire Cagampan.

Reference: Informative Report from this office dated October 30, 2019 with subject Found
Dead Male Body with IRF number 045812-2019-10-3794.
In connection with the above reference, please be informed that sometimes in the morning of
January 15, 2020, an information had reached this office from a concerned citizen that a
certain JM Gonzales was asking for help to locate a certain NILO who matches to the
description of the lifeless victim found at Barangay Cuyambay, Tanay, Rizal who still
unidentified wherein she gave her contact numbers. Acted on said information, Pat Joseph A
Laman, Investigator on-Case immediately contacted the above-named person in which she
gave some detailed information pertains to DANILO AYSON alias NILO who was reported
missing since October 28, 2020. Further information revealed that a certain Lilian Bibat, Nilo’s
live-in partner was living at Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City.
On January 17, 2020, PSMS Sonnie B Dones, Chief, Investigation Section of this office
together with PCpl Ronald N Asuncion, Pulis Detektib and Pat Joseph A Laman under the
direct supervision of the undersigned coordinated with and sought the assistance of the
Mandaluyong City Police Station, Mandaluyong City to locate the whereabouts of Lilian Bibat in
which we managed to locate the same, and thereat, she positively identified the
abovementioned victim on the pictures as her live-in partner whose named is ANGELITO
AYSON y Almelor, 43 years old, born on November 9, 1976, single, college graduate,
unemployed and resident of Addition Hills #505 Sitio-4 Brgy. San Jose, Mandaluyong City.
On January 18, 2020, one AURELIO AYSON y Almelor, 43 years old born on
November 23, 1974, married, college level, Assistant Director and resident of No. 3 Relay
Street, Meralco Village, Lias, Marilao, Bulacan personally appeared to this office to verify if the
above-named victim was his brother. Thus, on the same date, Pat Laman accompanied him at
Antipolo Funeral Services, Antipolo City, and thereat, he positively identified the same as his
youngest brother.
Meanwhile, continuous follow-up investigation/police operation will be conducted by this
office, and any information gathered relative to the matters will be immediately forwarded at

Upon frisking, the apprehending officers managed to recover from the possession of
suspect #1 the Php 200.00 buy bust money together with one (1) piece color violet coin purse

containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu (marked as BONINAY1

and pieces of evidence will be brought to RIZAL PROVINCIAL CRIME LABORATORY OFFICE

report was validated thru the cooperation of Mobilized Intel Community/Confidential Informant
(CI) in the said area. On 11:40 PM, January 18, 2020 after PDEA coordination with control
#10005-012020-1136, Intel/DET Operatives of this Police Station under the supervision of
PCPT EMMARIE S ABLAO, conducted Anti- Illegal Drugs Operation (Buy-Bust) against AKA
“KARDING” who was with AKA “JAMPOL” during the time of said operation in which PSMS
Almanzar together with Confidential Informant (CI) acted as poseur buyer and was able to buy
suspected shabu to afore-mentioned suspects. When PSMS Almanzar already got the sold
item, he introduced himself as Police Officer that cause of AKA “KARDING” to drew his gun
and pointed to PSMS Almanzar but the latter defend himself and able to arrest the suspect
AKA “KARDING” while suspect AKA “JAMPOL” was elude arrest and manage to escape
toward to unknown direction. Confiscated evidence were Five (5) pieces transparent plastic

Investigation conducted disclosed that that at about 10:30 of January 18, 2020 along
infront of Barangay Hall of Brgy Silangan , San Mateo, Rizal, the Arresting/ Complainants
Barangay Tanod and DPOS of this municipality,while conduct Oplan Sita at the said given
address they saw they saw driver/suspect riding his MC Yamaha FZ color black bearing MV
file number 1301-048779 without helmet, they stopped for verification and issuing TVR but
instead to cooperate the driver and allegedly did, then and there, willfully and scandalously
shouting vigorous words to the above said traffic enforcer and Barangay Tanod, The latter
confronted the suspect in order for her to calm down, however instead of cooperating to them,
the suspect still shouting and verbally assaulted and uttered defamatory word to them, and
they noticed that the above said driver is under influence of liquor, which prompted the
Barangay Tanod to arrest the suspect and appraised his Constitutional Rights as an Arrested
Person. Moreover upon arrest, the suspect disobeyed and resisted to them, however they were
able to pacify and brought him to Casimiro A Ynares Sr. Memorial Medical Hospital for physical
and medical examination and later to this Office for investigation and proper disposition and
filing of appropriate cases

On January 19, 2020 at about 2:00 AM, information had reached this office from the
members of Tanay PSU pertains to the above cited incident. It was disclosed that the witness,
ARVIN ACEBUCHE male, 19 years old, born on August 14, 2000, single, and a resident of
block 43 lot 23 Phase 1 South Ville 10, Brgy. Plaza Aldea, Tanay Rizal, asked for help to the
victim after being stoned by the suspect wherein the victim decided to approach and confront
the suspect. However, upon arrival of the victim and the witness infront of suspects house, the
suspect suddenly came out and shot them using an improvised gun (sumpac) and thereafter,
immediately fled away carrying the same weapon. As a consequence thereof, the victim was
rushed to Rizal Provincial Hospital System, Morong Rizal for medical treatment due to gunshot
he sustained on his right leg.

recovered from REGGIE ESCANDOR and the Buy Bust Money amounting Php 500.00
pesos recovered from the possession of AKA “MIKEE”. The arrested suspects were apprised
of their constitutional rights on dialect known to them before they were brought to Teresa MPS
together with the seized evidence for documentation and later to Rizal Police Provincial Office
Crime Laboratory for drug test and examination of evidence recovered.
