    This document describes an HPLC application from TCI Chemicals that was able to separate and analyze allantoin and D-panthenol using a 4.6 mm x 150 mm column with a mobile phase of 10% methanol and 90% 20 mmol/L potassium phosphate buffer at pH 6 and a detection wavelength of 210 nm. The method achieved separation of allantoin and D-panthenol standards at 30 degrees Celsius and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.
