TERMINATION OF CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:

ROGELIO D. BALUYA, SR., of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Sarmiento,
Parang, Maguindanao, herein referred to as the LESSOR;

-and-

ROMEO R. AMABA, JR., also of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Polomolok, South
Cotabato, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the LESSOR and LESSEE in that Contract of Lease,
made and executed in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, on the 9th day of November 2018, before
Notary Public Atty. Randolph F. Alonzo, docketed as Doc No. 127, Page No. 26, Book No. XV,
Series of 2018, in his Notarial Register;

WHEREAS, the herein parties hereby agree, as they agreed to cancel, revoke and terminate the
said Contract of Lease, all the agreed terms and conditions therein;

WHEREFORE, the above-mentioned Contract of Lease is now terminated and considered null
and void.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures this
