Project Description:
Roles handled:
Configuring and monitor the Firewalls(Fortigate and Cisco ASA), Router, Fortimanager,IBM Production and
Blade server.
Doing health check monitoring and Troubleshooting for all IMSS servers via IMM console the devices such as
IBM TAPE Library,FUJITSU Storage server, Fortimanager,Netteza on the regular basis and escalating the
issue to the concern technical team.
Coordination with Wipro DC Technical Team (Mumbai) for verification of complete data (fav,alert, name etc)
transfer at DR site and also resolve issues in case of any failure like alert generation, DR transfer etc.
Data transfer checking with DC team regarding upload verification from data sources (NSE, BSE) on servers
placed at data sources and completion of data transfer from data sources(NSE,BSE etc) to DC server.
Documenting weekly and monthly backup for all the IMSS Networking devices.
End of day, Completion of daily checklist and submit to Reporting Manager at the client place.

Online Service Desk portal which will provide option to raise tickets, request for Installation, Change Management,
Configuration Management, Service/Upgrade, Logging and Reporting.

Maintain constant surveillance of overall Company Process. Intervenes immediately in case of major Technical
problems.
Have authority to assign duties and direct maintenance personnel to follow certain approved maintenance
steps in the best interest of keeping in service.
Coordinate with Operations/Dispatch and Maintenance planning to schedule tail numbers to be at the proper
location to accomplish required checks and maintenance and Coordinate, Issue and track Company details.
Actively review and monitor the technical status of the Service Desk in relation to the levels of deferred
defects and any technical deficiency across the Firewall.
