MOTION TO WITHDRAW
AS COUNSEL for RESPONDENTS

COMES NOW, Atty. DDD, counsel on record for

respondents and to this Honorable Court respectfully moves
to withdraw as counsel of said for the reasons stated in this
motion:

That it has come to the knowledge of undersigned that

respondents, by themselves, had filed a Motion to Dismiss
and by themselves, had it set for hearing on October 24,
2019.

That considering the foregoing incident, and in order to

give respondents free rein and opportunity to explore other
defenses that they might have for the case at bar, as well as
to afford them the freedom to secure the service of other
counsel of their choosing, undersigned respectfully moves
that he be allowed to withdraw as counsel for the
respondents in the instant case.

That upon approval of this Honorable Court, all

pleadings, notices, and papers in connection with this case
be addressed to respondents themselves at their address as
reflected in the records of the instant case.
 PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is respectfully prayed of this
Honorable Court that the motion to withdraw as counsel for
respondents of undersigned Atty. DDD be granted.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are

likewise prayed for.
