With reference to subject relative to our inspection and assessment made at said location on
January 11, 2020, we respectfully submit herewith theScope of works: Drawing and modification of
Floor Plan layout by AutoCad Software, as referenced by existing Blue Print and sketch of modification
by the owner. Design of Electrical layouts and calculations for the renovation of 2-storey commercial
building, which also includes the following: - Power single line diagrams, - Complete lighting, power
and auxiliary layouts, - Calculation and Schedule of loads, - Design analysis, Short Circuit and Voltage
Drop Calculations Design Outputs: 1 set of 2-sheets 20” x 30” Blue Print 1 set of 2-sheets A3 size White

In lieu of this, please be advised that the cost for all of these activities related to the proposed
Electrical Plan is at Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15,000.00). And upon payment, availability will be for a
minimum period one (1) week.
