Dear Sir:

One of the much awaited events in Mater Dei College is the celebration of the annual
intramurals which aims to develop the students’ sportsmanship and camaraderie. MDCup Season
2 is fast approaching and which will officially start on August 13, 2019 up to August 15, 2019. Due
to the growing population of the institution, facilities become limited to accommodate hundreds
of students who have great potential in the field of sports.

Hence, we would like to ask a permission to reserve the Tubigon Cultural Center for the
MDC Badminton Event on these following dates:
August 9, 2019 @ 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
August 10, 2019 @ 7:30 A.M – 5:00 P.M.
August 14, 2019 @ 7:30 A.M – 5:00 P.M.
