AFFIDAVIT OF ABANDONMENT

I, LILIA D. GALAN, Filipino, of legal age, married , and residing at #89 Emerald
Lane St., Morning Star Heights, Brgy. Culiat, Quezon City, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the grandmother of ROTSEN GERARD GALAN MARMIBE

2. That the above named person is the registered owner of the Telephone line
with the Bayan Telecommunications, Inc.;

3. That last June 2008, he decided to abandon the residence stated above for
he will permanently reside in Iloilo province on marital reasons;

4. That being the legal owner of the real property at the aforesaid address, I
convey and bound to continue to pay the obligation of the said Telephone line
with the request that the same be transferred and be registered under my
name;

That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing facts and to inform the Bayan Telecommunications, Inc. for the same
and not for FRAUD and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

FURTHER AFFIANT SAYS NONE.
