This product contains quartz, cristobalite, and/or tridymite which may become
airborne without a visible cloud. Avoid breathing dust. Avoid creating dusty
conditions. Use only with adequate ventilation to keep exposures below
recommended exposure limits. Wear a NIOSH certified, European Standard EN
149, or equivalent respirator when using this product. Review the Material Safety
Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product, which has been provided to your employer.

Restrictive exposure More restrictive exposure limits may be enforced by some states,
limits agencies, or other authorities.
Inhalation If inhaled, remove from area to fresh air. Get medical attention if respiratory
irritation develops or if breathing becomes difficult.
Wash with soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
Skin
Eyes In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15
minutes and get medical attention if irritation persists.
Ingestion Do not induce vomiting. Slowly dilute with 1-2 glasses of water or milk and seek
medical attention. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Inhalation
Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. If respiratory problems, artificial respiration/oxygen. Get medical attention if any
discomfort continues.
Ingestion
Do not induce vomiting. Immediately give a couple of glasses of water or milk, provided the victim is fully conscious. If vomiting
occurs, keep head low so that stomach content doesn't get into the lungs. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.
Skin contact
Remove contaminated clothing immediately and wash skin with soap and water. Get medical attention promptly if symptoms
occur after washing.
Eye contact
Make sure to remove any contact lenses from the eyes before rinsing. Promptly wash eyes with plenty of water while lifting the
eye lids. Continue to rinse for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.
4.2. Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed
General information
The severity of the symptoms described will vary dependant of the concentration and the length of exposure. If adverse
symptoms develop as described the casualty should be transferred to hospital as soon as possible. For further information,
please refer to section 11.

5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
Extinguishing media
Water spray, foam, dry powder or carbon dioxide.
Stop leak if possible without risk. Dike far ahead of larger spills for later disposal. Absorb spillage with suitable absorbent
material. Shovel into dry containers. Cover and move the containers. Flush the area with water.

Persons susceptible to allergic reactions should not handle this product.
Store in tightly closed original container in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Avoid contact with acids and oxidising
