I, Sunil Vaid, S/o. Late Shri Jagdish Mittre Vaid, aged about 61

years, R/o. E-40, Greater Kailash Enclave-II, New Delhi-110048, do

hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1. It is stated that the emails and whatsaap conversations

exchange between the parties are a computer printout. At the

time of printing of the emails and whatsaap exchange between

me and the plaintiff, the said computer was under my lawful

custody and control in capacity of me and was being used in a

routine manner for feeding and storing such information.

2. That nothing adverse took place so as to the correctness of the

information being reproduced in the said computer output i.e.

the emails and whatsaap conversations exchange between me

and the plaintiff alongwith all other documents filed alongwith

the written statement and the counter claim.

3. That the affidavit is submitted in compliance of Section 65B of

Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
