RE: DEMAN TO VACATE/ BOUNDARY DISPUTE

Dear Mr. Efren Jarin:

Greetings, we are writing you on behalf of our clients, Josefino Reyes and
Angelita Saquilayan, who are the new legal owners of the land covered by TRANSFER
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. (T-210706), located in Brgy. Malagasang I Imus City
Cavite.

As per our client, you are presently occupying a portion of their aforesaid property
and you have unlawfully encroached upon the same and built structures thereon without
their consent or approval.

Upon further verification with a surveying company, it was found out that the there
was indeed an encroachment on the southern portion of the subject property as there is
an existing CHB fence with a concrete house covering an area of two hundred thirty
square meters (A=230 sq. m.), which you are occupying.

In view of the foregoing, Demand is hereby made upon you and all those claiming
rights under you to peacefully vacate our clients’ property and remove all of your
structures illegally built thereon within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of this letter.

We strongly advise that you immediately communicate directly with our client
regarding this matter.

We trust that you will give this matter your preferential attention to avoid
unnecessary trouble and expenses incidental to litigation. Please take this matter
seriously; otherwise we will be constrained to resort to legal remedies available.
