Job responsibilities
Ensure quality provision support to program and managerial staff through regular coordination
and communication.
Provide full administrative and logistic support to program and managerial staff
Arranging and organizing training & development activities in office and in field
Supervise and ensure effective office maintenance as per SRSO standards.

Quantitative Indicators
Preparing District Monthly Work Plans
Compiling consolidated reports of districts and tehsils
Maintaining daily coordination with district coordinator on project activities.
Conducting data collection using M & E tools including FGDs, samples, interviews, surveys
Participating in Review meetings and assess overall performance of district.

Job responsibilities
Plan and organize OTP/SFP at designated distribution sites in liaison with Coordinator.
Work closely with OTP/SFP/BFC staffs to ensure all aspects of the programme are understood and
agreed and appropriate referrals take place to and from the OTP/SFP.
Prepare plan of action for effective OTP/SFP implementation in consultation with the coordinator.
Supervise the activities of the OTP/SFP team (community Mobilizers, community nutrition workers
& LHWs)
Work closely with the teams to ensure all children are measured correctly in the community and at
OTP/SFP sites.
Ensure all criteria are respected and understood by the teams, including admission, discharge and
transfer to and from the OTP/SFP and Stabilization Centre respectively.
Ensure comprehensive health checks and treatment according to the protocols
Management of the nutrition program
Community based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM)
To ensure the effective implementation of all nutrition activitie including Blanket feeding, Infant
and Young Child Feeding including Women and Infant Friendly Places, and treatment of acute
malnutrition in CMAM
Community mobilization
Compilation and analysis on daily, weekly and monthly reports from the nutrition staff
Ongoing communication with health and nutrition coordinator
Representation and internal/ external communication
Coordination with other technical departments (Food distribution, Water Sanitation and Hygiene,
Logistics and administration)
Screening using MUAC
A Good Knowledge of (N.I.S) Nutritional Information System.
