Liugong Make by strictly following all the rules and regulations of Organization / Policy &

will be responsible to achieve your given monthly Business Target. The terms and conditions of
your appointment in our organization are mentioned in the annexure I attached to this letter.

ANNEXURE I

1) You will be joining the organization with your Monthly Gross Salary Rs.18000/- . You will work strictly as per
Dealership work practice sheet / submit your daily , weekly , monthly reports in Dealership in prescribed format to HOD
and achieve your monthly Business target to get released monthly salary.
2) Your daily duty hours will be from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm & 6 days in a week. Sunday will be holiday. But your services
will be required even on Sunday in case of emergencies. Duty hours may be changed as per the discretion of
management.
3) Your place of service will be at any location as mutually agreed in Dealership territory.
4) You are entitled to get Incentive as per Incentive Scheme declared by Management time to time and it will be settled
only after commercial clearance without any dues. The incentive will be settled on quarterly basis.
5) You will be promoted based on your performance and achievement of your monthly Business targets given to you time
to time by HOD.
6) Yearly Bonus will be on the discretion of Management only & it will be declared by organization only in case of yearly
target of Equipment Sales, Parts Sales & Service Business & Profit is achieved by Dealership. Bonus will be calculated
based only on basic salary amount as mentioned salary structure of this appointment letter. The bonus will be applicable
to the employees who have worked more than one year in this Dealership organization.
7) You are not entitled to take any leave for first 6 months of service from the date of joining this Dealership
8) You will not remain absent without submitting leave application and getting written sanction of HOD 48 hours in
advance prior to leave. There will be deduction in salary by two days per one day absenteeism in case of absenteeism
without written sanction by HOD on leave application 48 hours in advance. If leave is taken adjoining the weekly off or
official declared holiday salary for weekly off & holiday will be also deducted. During your absenteeism you will assign
your work in writing to other relevant employee of Dealership who will take care of your work in your absenteeism.
9) You will be required to undergo and pass medical tests as and when directed by the management. If you are found
medically unfit by the Medical Officer your services will be discontinued.
10) You are requested not to divulge, communicate or pass any information in any form related to any aspect of the
Dealership to any one not employed by the Dealership or any unauthorized person. Indulgence in such activity shall
render you liable for termination with immediate effect not withstanding any terms and conditions mentioned in the
annexure I to your appointment letter.
11) You are required to deal with the Dealership materials, documents, etc. with utmost honesty and professional ethics. If
you are found guilty at any point of time of dishonesty in dealing with the company’s materials or documents or of theft
or misappropriation, regardless of the value involved, or involved in unethical practices your services would be
terminated with immediate effect & you will be liable for legal action. You are not entitled to get any pending salary or
dues in case of termination.
12) You will be responsible for the safe-keeping and return in good condition and order of all the Dealership property, which
may be in your use, custody or charge. If any dispute in any case arbitration will be subject to jurisdiction in Pune only.
13) In case you want to leave the services you must give 30 days written notice in advance by submitting resignation letter
duly accepted by HOD & you will daily attend duty during notice period without absenteeism for transition. You will be
not entitled to get your any pending salary due to you plus incentive & allowances if you leave without serving notice
period of 30 days by working in Dealership without any leave or absenteeism. .
14) You shall keep the management informed with any change in your postal address You shall perform your duties under
the instructions of your superiors to the best of your ability and efficiency diligently in a disciplined manner. You will
abide by all rules and regulations of discipline made by the Dealership from time to time applicable to employees of your
category either existing or which may be brought in force from time to time.
15) You will not resort to or indulge in use of tobacco or alcohol in any form, i.e. smoking, chewing and snubbing in
Dealership premises. If found, it will attract immediate suspension of service with disciplinary action.
16) You will retire from the services on completion of 58 years of your age as per the rules of Dealership.
17) You will be submitting your experience & educational qualification certificates for verification at the time of joining the
duties.
In case the terms and conditions of employment mentioned above are acceptable to you, please sign and return the duplicate copy
of this letter in token of acceptance. You are advised to go through the contents before signing the letter.
