The Unbidden By Bat

Under strange circumstances, usually due to some magical mishap of one type or another, creatures of Fairy die. Most of the time
they pass beyond our world to the plane of their origin, the Fey Realm. The Unbidden are fey undead that hunt the living, many
times spellcasters (it is theorized that the Unbidden feel that their condition was brought about by the misuse of magic by those
who cannot control it) and drag those they slay into the shadows to consume. These horrid undead stand around four feet tall,
have sickly gray skin and cold white eyes that stare unblinkingly. Never known to speak, the Unbidden do make a hideous,
almost hyena-like tittering that is unnerving to hear. These creatures travel in packs, often shape-shifting into the form of
starlings to spy on potential prey and to move about without being noticed. While the Unbidden are semi-corporeal and immune
to non-magical weapons, there is an exception, weapons of silver (magical or not) always do double damage.

The Unbidden: HD 2; AC 3[16]; Atk 2 claws (2d4), bite (1d4), beak (in starling form, 1d3) ; Move 8 (Fly 20); Save 9; CL/XP
4/120; Special: Immune to Sleep and Charm spells and non magical weapons (except any silver weapons, which always do
double damage), Shapechange into a starling (retains other abilities and characteristics in this form, can fly as a starling),
Levitate (as per the Magic-User spell) at will, Hideous Laughter, opponents are -1 to attack the Unbidden in combat due to their
unnerving tittering.
