MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

I, AMELTON B. GONZALES, of legal age, married and a resident of Barangay Tibag,

Tarlac City, the authorized representative of AUDIOTECH PRO LIGHTS AND
SOUNDS, hereinafter referred to as the “First Party”;.

-And-

ATTY. KRISELLE JOY B. MANALO, of legal age, single and a resident of Brgy. San
Vicente, Tarlac City, and hereinafter referred to as the “Second Party”.

WITHNESSETH: That

1. The SECOND PARTY, hired the Led wall equipment including the services of the
FIRST PARTY for a period of One (1) DAY consisting of a One (1) SET OF P3
LEDWALL with a size of (9X12 FT.)

2. The FIRST PARTY will provide the abovementioned equipment in good workable
condition and woil render the Ledwall Services to the SECOND PARTY on
OCTOBER 2, 2019 AT THE AQUINO CENTER.

3. That the SECOND PARTY will pay a down payment in the amount of Five
Thousand Pesos (₱ 5,000 ) on September 10,2019 that will be subtracted from
the agreed price amounting to Thirteen Thousand Pesos (₱ 13,000 );

4. The SECOND PARTY will pay the remaining amount of (₱ 8,000 ) on or before
the date of their above mentioned contracted date.

5. Failure on the part of the SECOND PARTY to pay the contracted price, she shall
be liable for criminal and civil liabilities to the FIRST PARTY for any damages
that may be caused to the latter.

6. In case of the postponement for rendering Ledwall Services due to the fault of
the Second Party, the down payment shall be forfeited in favour of the FIRST
PARTY.
 7. In case of the default in the obligation of the FIRST PARTY to render the
services and equipment as mentioned above, he is liable to pay damages
equivalent to double the amount of the contracted price.
