The Regulations of Sila’s Homestay

1. Meeting is required once a month

2. Chairman, vice chairman, secretary, assistant secretary and the board take up a term 2

years each time, continually not over than 2 terms, except the board reach other conclusion.

3. The election follow by rule number two, the members nominate in meeting and count votes

uncovered.

4. Member (A) who missed the meeting more than 2 times without giving an appropriate

reason will be suspended for receiving a job one time.

Member (B) who missed the meeting more than 2 times without giving an appropriate

reason will not be allowed to receive wages one time.

5. If the member is absent from the meeting more than 5 times without noticing the

appropriate reason, Homestay’s leader will propose the name to the monthly meetings in

order to make an agreement on terminating the membership.

6. Your membership will be terminated due to your death, voluntary resignation, or

resolution. Upon termination of membership, you will not be entitled to a refund for your

payment made for paid-up shares.

7. Homestay owners must always take care of tourists and offer them pick-up and drop-off

services.

8. All Homestays must authentically belong to owners, and they have to accommodate in

Homestays with tourists at all time.

9.1 All members must hold the shares, but not exceed 5 shares. Each share costs 100 baht.

9.2 10% of Income from group activity will be shared to the fund.

11. Provide accommodation services to the guest as best as we could.
