1. BACKGROUND
1.1. PT. KEPID site HRT conduct the routing job for office with the purposed to fill the
empty position. There are empty position in Procurements and PT. KEPID will be
place from another division to fill that position.

1.2. The routing job is required preparation manpower skill to achieve the smoothly
handover. Therefore PT.KEPID would like to submit personnel that will be move to
Procurement division to getting knowledge to support him to conduct his duty.

2. PURPOSE

2.1 Preparation manpower to occupy new job to have ability and knowledge in
procurement and purchasing management.

2.2 Apply the training form externally about the procurement and purchasing for 1
personnel.
