Subject: Request for Grant of Permission for Arranging a Trip (a Proposal attached herewith)
Madam,
With due respect it is stated that MBA-IV (Regular and Self Support), would like to request
permission for arranging a trip. The objectives for this trip are an escape for a while from the
busy and stressful environment at the university. Furthermore, since arrival, our batch has
never had a formal get together. We clearly understand the security concerns and hence,
precautions will be taken which are mentioned in the formal proposal attached herewith.
Thanking You,
Yours respectfully,
MBA-IV.
