DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT AT THE TIME OF JOINING

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE BROUGHT ON THE DAY OF
JOINING ONLY

1- 4 Colored passport size photographs.

2- Photocopies of educational certificates along with originals including hard copies or soft
copies.

3- Photo copies of proof of employment (if any) mentioned in your resume, including the
following:
 = Last salary slips

= Offer letter/ Appointment letter

= Resignation/Relieving/Experience Letter

4- Proof of permanent Address (Copy of Passport of Relation Card or Electricity bill or

Telephone Bill mentioning the address)

= Proof of Present Address / Rent Agreement

5- Copy of PAN CARD

6- One Photo Identity Proof (Adhaar Card)

7- Two Post Card Size full length size photograph (only if specified)

*SIX MONTH SALARY 12000/-

*AFTER SIX MONTH 7LPA

You have to report sharp at 9:30 am on the date of Joining as mentioned on your letter of
Intent and report to the HR Team at the following address mention below.

 Any misbehave, misconduct in the company premises will not be tolerate (company
can give you immediate termination)
 6 days working
 9hrs shift 1 hr break
*Any condition may be added, substituted, amended or deleted subject to the current
position of the company.

Every employee will get an intimation of any of the changes in the conditions of work &
employment 7 days prior from there effect. These any of the changes in the conditions of
work & employment will be a sole decision of the top management.
