This Initial Project Proposal is prepared strictly obliging the request of the client,
Mr.Vishwanath/ Krianmayee.

The Axis team appreciates and thank the client for sparing time & energy for facilitating a
successful project site visit.

Axis Enterprises, considers the following as broad scope of services based on this initial site
visit and successive discussions taken place with you.

List of Services:

A. A detailed study of the entire project by Axis team for designing and execution of the
entire project on turnkey basis
B. Detailed study of the various on site challenges and risk factors
C. Understanding the client requirements with regards to the final outcome in terms of
his/her purpose, design taste, quality, functionality and site feasibility
D. Studying the available resources in view of above requirements
E. Evolving appropriate conceptualization and design schemes
F. Arriving at a most cost-effective project estimate and time boundaries
G. Designing elements considered for the above is sub-listed as under
 1. Living Room - T.V unit , Wall partition/ Personal Swing / Minimalistic false ceiling
2. Modular Kitchen along medium range cooking unit and chimney
3. Master Bedroom - Wardrobe ,TV unit , Study unit , Dressing unit
4. Parent's Bedroom - Wardrobe , Dressing Unit
5. Guest Bedroom - Wardrobe , Dressing unit
6. Pooja Room/ worship cabinet
7. Preparation of the detailed project proposal with cash flow and payment
schedules, regular update to the client on overall progress of the project.

*Based on the above considerations the Draft Project Cost (DPC) on Turnkey basis is
worked out to be Rs. 9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs only). Taxes Included.*

This proposal considers completion of the project in 60 working days (excluding Sunday
and Govt. Holidays)

The project commencement day shall be the 7th working day from the date of releasing of
100% Project Mobilization Advance as shall be mentioned in the Project Contract Agreement
between the Client and the Axis Enterprises.
