address at Venus St. Guada Subd, Bayan Luma VI, Imus Cavite, and ADELAIDA B. FRANI, of legal
age, single, Filipino, with residence at # 11 Malagasang II-F, Imus Cavite, and MELISA FRANI
LACSON, of legal age, married, Filipino, residing at Block 11 Lot 46 Greenvale, . Malagasang 2-G,
Imus City, Cavite, and WILFREDO BUCAR FRANI, of legal age, married, Filipino, with residing at
Brgy Cavite, Guimba, Nueva Ecija, NANCY FRANI BURKE, of legal age, married, AMERICAN

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, we are the sole heirs of the deceased ROSITA BUCAR FRANI, who died on
October 10, 2018, copy of his death certificate is hereto attached as Annex A;

WHEREAS, the late ROSITA BUCAR FRANI, died intestate, without Will or Testament, and
without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

WHEREAS, the late ROSITA BUCAR FRANI is the absolute and registered owner of two
parcels of land located at LOT 2377-C-2 Malagasang Imus Cavite, , Philippines covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 333940 and 333939, respectively, of the Registry of Deeds of Cavite and more
particularly described as follows:
