Upon delivery, your room must be clean, whole and safe.

Clean - The floor must be clean, any sink and/or private toilet/bathroom must be cleaned and free of
limescale.
Whole - Any maintenance defects must be reported via Socius Connect before the delivery date.
Safe - There should be no loose wiring. Self-applied electricity must be been removed and the smoke
detector must be free, clean and functional.

Lock and cylinder function as intended;
Door fitting is present and undamaged;
Frame and door are undamaged.
Walls Walls are painted white or in a (neutral) colour which can be
painted over with 1 layer covering;
Screws and plugs have been removed;
(screw) holes are filled with a wall filler;
Do not contain holes or cracks.
Electra Light points have a standard fitting as supplied upon delivery;
Light points without standard fitting are equipped with a
cornice. There's no loose wiring;
Light switches function and are not painted over;
Sockets function and are not painted over.

Ceiling The Ceiling is painted white or in a (neutral) colour which can

be painted over with 1 layer covering;
Do not contain holes or cracks;
In case of system ceiling: all ceiling plates present.
Smoke detector Smoke detector is present and works properly;
Is not covered.
Sanitary (if Sink is without damage;
private) Toilet is without damage;
Faucet functions properly;
No leaks;
No clogging;
Is cleaned.
Ramen en Glass is undamaged;
kozijnen Wooden frames are painted in a neutral color;
Plastic or aluminium frames are not painted.
