Description of Work QTY UNIT Remarks

Repair of Side Transfer Pit concrete floor. 1000.00 M2

 Inspection of the site in order to carry out the

appropriate works.

Scope of Works:

 Opening the crack by chiselling a Square cut, to

a depth where the crack visually seems to stop;
however the maximum depth of chiselling is
75mm or above.
 Fill the crack up with water and observe
whether or not the crack continuous by looking
air bubbles in the water due to air escaping out
the crack.
 Removal of all the loose concrete until a solid
substrate is achieved.
 An approved low viscosity resin shall be poured
in to the crack. ( Nitobond EP, Nitoseal MS 600.
 Removal of Exisiting damaged Rebars & Install
new Rebar as same as existing.
 Sealing the square cut of the crack with
shrinkage controlled structural grade
cementitious repair mortar system.

Equipment:

 Disc cutter
 Electric hammer and chisel
 Wire Brush
 Measuring Jug
 Slow Speed Drill
 Mixing paddle
 Suitably sized mixing vessel
 Trowel
 Wooden Float
 Hand Held angle grinders.

Repair of Concrete floor:

 Repairing and restoring the structural integrity

of the load bearing floor of VRF workshop.
 Opening the crack by chiselling a Square cut, to
a depth of 15cm where the crack visually
seems to stop.

This quotation is valid for a period of 07 days from the date of quoting.
Any extra work other than that quoted above will be charged accordingly.
