a. Description of Business

AgriStop is an agricultural supply retail store that sells agro-chemicals, fertilizers, veterinary
medicine, seeds and other agricultural tools where the small scale farmers are the main customers.
It is a start- up business and will be owned as a partnership business structure. It was agreed that
the business will be registered and each partner jointly owns all the business assets and liabilities.
Each partner will have their own rights, responsibilities and obligations in the business.

The names of the business partners are as follows:

b. Products and Services

AgriStop offers a variety of agricultural input products and equipment which are available in
in the stores located along the Mendez – crossing highway. The store carries a broad range of
products in each product category.

1. Agri-chemicals - agrichemical refers to pesticides including insecticides, herbicides,

fungicides and nematicides.

AgriStop sells goods at its highest quality, lowest price and highly-supervised by the
Department of Agriculture. Quarterly, AgriStop Retail Store will conduct a free seminar on a
selected place or barangays in Cavite and by this action, customers will learn more about
the products. Owners of this retail store have a deep sense of understanding in all
respective fields of Agriculture since they were Engineers.

C. Marketing Plan

Agricultural input products and equipments are available in the AgriStop retail store.
The small scale farmers are our main target market. The products will be priced fairly according
to its category, types and use. The products of AgriStop Retail Store is already packed and
labeled by the manufacturer. The store carries a broad range of products in each product
category. Aside from this, it also carries small farm equipment. The stores are bright, clean and
provide excellent customer service. Products are arranged by category on the shelves and are
properly labeled. AgriStop ensures that its products are handled, stocked properly and are
always new.

The owners of the retail store made a webpage known as AgriStop.com where
customers can easily browse the products that they offer. They also have Facebook page so that
their store and product will be known. Occasionally, AgriStop gives promo such clearance sale.

The competitors of AgriStop Retail store are the direct competitors who are selling the
same products. AgriStop Retail Store is open from 6:00am to 6:00pm, 7 days a week.

This retail store needs quality employees that are willing to work and have a dedication
to serve our customers in a right manner. AgriStore needs a trustworthy cashier and utility men,
at least College Level or K to 12 graduates.
