Dance Mitosis

Objective: Create a dance the models the phases of a cells life cycle including the stages of mitosis and shoes the transitions between stages.
Phases:
Interphase: Cell grows and DNA duplicates
Prophase: Spindles begin to form and chromosomes become visible and Nuclear Envelope breaks down, and centrioles separate.
Metaphase: Chromosomes line up across the center of the cell and is connected to spindle fibers at the centromere
Anaphase: Sister Chromatids separated and moved apart
Telophase: Chromosome gather at the opposite ends of the cells, loose their shape and two new nuclear envelopes form
Cytokinesis:cytoplasm pinches in half and each daughter cell has an identical set of duplicated chromosomes
