• UPSC foundation and basic concepts are covered in the
first year.
• Twenty-Five days of online tutes will be held in the
WhatsApp group by ADMIN TEAM OF NETHRA.
• The topic covered in that month will be the topic of the
session for conducting activities.
• Each gathering has two sessions:-
a) Three hours from 10:00 am ( Session 1)
b) One Hour Break
c) Three hours from 2:00 pm (Session 2)
• Attending four Sundays out of 12 in a year.
• Attendance of everyone marked by representatives .
• Based on subjects and interest of students
• Six major subject groups of Nethra are as follows:
A) INDIAN POLITY
B) INDIAN HISTORY
C) INDIAN ECONOMY
D) INDIAN GEOGRAPHY
E) GK PLOT (Facts, unchangeable record, etc)
F) UPSC LIVE NETHRA (Current affairs, contemporary issues)
• NETHRANS needs a PSN to be it’s member. If not the team head
will remove him/her from the group.
• Every member is given a PSN if they attend minimum of 4 sessions
out of 12 in a year.
• PSN will have only one serial number but as follows in different
subject groups.
EXAMPLE:
If X has PSN as 2
Polity is (A) and History (B)
Then X’s PSN Number is 2(a) and 2(b)
• Only the people who attend offline session (Personality
Development) will be in their respective subject groups.
• Every offline sessions takes place at INDIA GATE this year.
(Central venue for north & south campus)
DATA BASIS
• Only admins will head the tute team of Nethra in online.
• The doubts of NETHRANS will also be clarified at sessions.
• Attendance of all NETHRANS is taken seriously to provide
PSN.
• Applications & case studies along with question bank of each
monthly topic will be posted one day prior to session.

• NETHRA IS TO BE REGISTERED AS A LEGAL
ORGANIZATION.
• NETHRA HAS A TEAM OF LEGAL
ADVOCATES.
• NETHRA DOESN’T TAKE FUNDS FROM
STUDENT AND ARE FUNDED BY THE
STUDENT MANAGEMENT.
• NETHRA WOULD FILE IT’S LEGAL INCOME
TAX RETURNS.
• NETHRA WOULD BE ABLE TO TACKLE ANY
LEGAL COMPLAINTS.
• Every discussion in the meetings must be formal.
• Using abusive language and creating nuisance during the session,
disturbing the peace and independent rights of co-mates will not
be entertained.
• Usage of any electronic items (such as mobiles, laptops) during the
session will not be entertained.
• Behavioural indecency like smoking will not be allowed during
organizational meetings.
• Members are not allowed to distribute notices and exhibiting
banners, flags, posters etc of any other groups, issues and
organization.
• Nethra doesn't entertain any kind of political activities.
Violation of rules and regulations will be subjective to punishments
like fine and removal from the organization.

• Usage of formal language is mandatory in the group.
• Members must discuss their views on the purpose of
the group and must not deviate into other topics.
• Members will be given chances to speak and they must
only present their views in their allotted time.
• Unnecessary forward messages will not be entertained.

Members who does not abide by these rules will be

immediately removed from the group and their
permanent membership will be taken back.
