    Dear Ma’am/Sir:

    Greetings!

    We, the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – Bulacan State University Chapter (JPIA-
    BulSU), with an advocacy of “ Be a Hero” , that aims to visit our chosen Orphanage and reaching out
    localities within our Province as part of activity in the upcoming Regional Mid-Year Convention. The
    annual activity of our Organization represents our community engagement by being servant not only to
    our members but also to our community by making our advocacy of helping the less fortunate an action
    through conducting an outreach program.

    The Regional Mid-year Convention will happen on October 19 to 21, 2019 (Saturday to Monday) at
    Chateau Royale Hotel Resort and Spa, Nasugbu, Batangas bearing the theme “SINIKATURA;
    Embracing and Upholding the Golden Age of the Filipino Culture, Honoring the Pride of every
    Filipino” The said event aims to in still the values of camaraderie and establish one unified NFJPIA-R3.
    In line with this, we are writing to humbly requesting for your approval to feature your respective
    Mission house as part of our entry in the category of “Epitome of Benevolence”.
