SUBJECT : After Activity Report re E-CLIP Coordination Meeting

1. Reference: Letter from COL NOLASCO A MEMPIN, Commander, 1003 rd

Infantry Brigade of 10th ID, PA dated January 9, 2020.

2. Per above reference, please be informed that at about 1:00 PM of January

13, 2020, the undersigned attended the E-CLIP Coordination Meeting in relation to the
National ECLIP Firearm Remuneration Program which was held at 1003rd
Headquarters, Purok 9, Brgy. Mahayag, Bunawan District, Davao City. The activity was
also attended by the representatives from the DILG of Davao City and Davao del
Norte, members of PRO 11 FEADC, Chief, PRO 11- RSAO and Commanders of the
different units of said brigade.

3. The meeting is intended to expedite the processing of former rebels (FR) in

the said program particularly in the conduct of documentation as well as the disposition
of surrendered/recovered firearms which are subject for demilitarization.

4. The activity ended at about 3:30 PM of same date. (Attached are the
pictures of the said activity).
