    New Year’s Greetings!

    In line with our mandate of Good Governance, the Sangguniang Bayan Members of the
    Municipality of Plaridel desire to formulate a Local Legislative Agenda (LLA) for the term
    2019-2022, ensuring that local legislations are responsive to the needs of their
    constituents.

    Moreover, the Legislative Agenda will guide and set priorities for legislative enactments
    and policy making that basically address poverty as mandated in the Local Government
    Code of 1991, in order to attain an effective and quality local legislation.

    Therefore, the Local Sanggunian of Plaridel together with select Department Heads will
    hold a Legislative Agenda Formulation on January 13-14, 2020, at the Session
    Hall, Legislative Building, Panalsalan, Plaridel, Misamis Occidental. In this
    regard, may we request the services and expertise of Mr. Sanivier G. Patoc, LL.B.,
    M.T., DILG Cluster Head, to be the Resource Speaker in the seminar/workshop. With
    his experience and in-depth knowledge, we believe that he could best deliver the
    objectives of the activity.

    We look forward to your positive response. We hope to obtain copies of the work
    sheets needed for the workshop to enable the participants to prepare ahead and
    provide well-thought ideas/opinion during the activity. Thank you for our stronger
