Secret Santa Vendor Agreement
Cost: $65 for indoor 6ft table and two chairs, $50 for outdoor set up with 6ft table and two
chairs (front of building or side patio area) (If electricity is necessary please approve it
through us first)
*All table fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the events.
*Set up time: Vendors can begin set up at 2:00 PM
*Thursday evening set up is permitted with prior authorization.
*Breakdown will start at end of event and should not exceed 30-45 minutes
*Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
*Events By Mercedes or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost,
stolen, or damaged merchandise or any injury occurred during the event.
* By signing this contract, you agree to terms and conditions as stated
