“Noli Me Tangere, The Count of Monte Cristo”

The lesson that I learned here is to be contented on what you have, because revenge will
not make us any good. Also, I learned how to fight for the things that we owned because these are
ours and no one can get those things to us because we owned it. Furthermore, I learn how to speak
up whenever there’s a things that disturb us, don’t let any people to trample you and look down on
you because we deserved better. I also learned not to imitate other people, just be ourselves so that
we can really show ourselves to everyone.

The difference among the two stories after I read is that they both came back for a revenge
to those people who hurt them, but in the end they both end up being lonely because of the things
that happened to both of them. Also, avenging someone will not make us any good in the end
because there are things that cause us good afterwards but in the end we will suffer. So for me,
revenge is something that we don’t need to do, because it will not be end up the things that we
wanted to, just because we feel that it is okay but we will not be able to realized that it is only a
short term happiness for us. If we want a revenge to those people who hurt us, just wait for the
karma to do those things that they have caused us, because surely in the end we will not be happy
to the results that we have after doing bad things. They both end up nothing because of the revenge
that they’ve caused but there are good things that they have shared to the people even though at
the end they both ended up being lonely because people see that it is okay to fight for the things
that we owned and learned how to speak up for themselves.
