Gold Standard represents aspirational performance, guiding and

challenging you to strive toward being the best. Gold Standard sets a

Gold Standard very high bar. It asks you to think of the very best examples you
have seen who demonstrate the highest standards of quality, risk
management and technical excellence, business leadership, client
leadership, team leadership and personal leadership. This
framework includes Gold Standard examples for each rank across
service lines and CBS. These examples cover multiple aspects of
what the best of the best looks like, but it is not a checklist or an all-
inclusive list. Even though individuals below the manager/assistant
director ranks are not formally evaluated against business
leadership, all dimensions can be used as a catalyst for broader
