 Free installation fee for upgrading bandwidth
 Include all the equipment owned by PT. Link Net that is installed at Customer Location.
 Include all the cost regarding permit building at Customer Location.
 Entry/permit to the building, grounding, electricity and UPS are the responsibilities of the
customer.
 Include inter or cross connection outside above location
 This quotation valid until 2020

2. Delivery time: 2 weeks

3. User interface: Fiber Driver RJ45 / UTP cat 5
4. Bandwidth Utilization report (MRTG provided)
5. Total 5 Static IP address
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) : 99,5%
