Decorators working in stage –II Th. Cable Gallery
( painting work).When he was coming down to
replenish paint, accidentally he placed his hand on a
bare lighting wire, causing electric shock and burn
on left palm. He was immediately taken to hospital.

Action Adequate lighting is required, JSA and pep talk to be
Plan/Taken ensured.

Also painter to wear full PPE including hand gloves

and nose mask.

Wiring dressing, naked wires to be replaced/proper

insulated.

Pep talk to painters en-masse is also planned with

dos and don’ts.
