DOMESTIC SERVICES
DSL is able to offer a wide range of Domestic services to suit your needs, a detailed explanation of Express, Next Day
and Budget cargo services and tariffs are shown below.

SAME DAY EXPRESS

A rapid same day door to door express service. Collection is made from your premises immediately upon receipt of
your call with dispatch on the first available flight; delivery is effective within 90 minutes of flight arrival, often
earlier. Telephonic proof of delivery is available, upon request, within 30 minutes of delivery. This service is available
between all major destinations served by scheduled airlines. Same day delivery to remote areas is available and is
quoted separately.

DAYBREAK DELIVERY
A special service for very urgent shipments requiring early delivery at destination the following morning after
collection. Your documents or goods are collected from your premise and dispatched overnight through the
domestic network to final destination. Delivery is guaranteed by 09h00 or by the time specified on the waybill. This
service is available between all major destinations served by scheduled airlines.

OVERNIGHT COURIER
A speedy secure and reliable overnight courier service. Collection is usually made from your premises in the
afternoon with dispatch overnight through the domestic network to final destination. Delivery is achieved by 11h00,
often earlier within a major center. Delivery to secondary or remote areas may take an additional 24-48 hours.

NEXT DAY
For larger shipments required at destination the following day after dispatch. Your documents or goods are
dispatched, wherever possible, by Air Cargo on scheduled airlines. Delivery to major centers is usually achieved by
17h00 the following day. Delivery to secondary or remote areas may take an additional 24-48 hours.

BUDGET CARGO
A safe, secure and reliable service for larger, not so urgent consignments. Your goods are collected from your
premises, consolidated and dispatched to final destination by road transportation. Delivery to major centres is
usually achieved within 24-48 hours, depending on destination. Delivery to secondary or remote areas may take an
additional 24-48 hours.

Special Ops Services

SOS - This service caters to any peculiar request whether it’s a drum of cable or 30 tons of machinery that needs to
be moved across country

NB: No delivery guarantees can be provided for Budget Cargo shipments

RATES

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE
All business is undertaken in terms of DSL COURIERS Standard Trading Conditions which are printed on the reverse
of all DSL COURIERS waybills.

2. WEIGHT AND VOLUMETRIC CHECKS

All consignments will be weighed and measured by DSL COURIERS. Should the weights or measurements vary from
those provided by the client, the weights and measurements determined by DSL COURIERS shall apply.

3. VOLUMETRIC CALCULATION
All shipments are charged by actual mass or volume, whichever is the greater. The volume of a consignment is
determined by multiplying the length by width by height in centimeters (cm) and dividing by the appropriate

4. CREDIT TERMS
Credit terms are strictly 30 days from date of statement. Accounts must be paid by cheque or direct bank transfer.
Cash payments may only be made at aDSL COURIERS branch.

5. COLLECTIONS FROM OTHER CENTRES

For collections from other locations, contact your local branch of DSL COURIERS who will arrange for the collection
on your behalf.

6. PROOF OF DELIVERY
Proof of delivery is available from the customer services departments of major branches of DSL COURIERS. POD'S
are provided free of charge for clients requesting a pod on an a daily basis.
Our quotation will be based upon the information provided and may change according to actual weights, dimensions
and service type.
