Subject: Notice to Rescind the Reservation on the Condominium Unit and

Parking Lot with Request for a Full and Complete Refund

Dear Sir/Madam.

This has reference to the one condominium unit and one parking lot we
have reserved with Verdon Parc Residences on June 03, 2018, particularly
described herein below:

Condominium Unit

Unit No. : 425, TREVANCE Blg.

Area : 51.50 sq. meters, more of less

Parking Space

PS No. : 2030, TREVANS Single Paarking (2nd Level)

Area : 12. 50 sq. meters, more or less

Due to the recent series of earthquakes in the Davao region, the structural
integrity of the Verdon Parc building has been compromised. In fact, a
Notice to Vacate was issued pertaining to the said project by the Office of
the City Engineering in Davao City.

We patiently waited from your end for instructions as regards the

appropriate action to be taken and a notice on what we are supposed to
expect from you. However, we have yet to receive your say on the matter.
The agony of waiting has taken its toll on us. It is necessarily natural that
we have become worried about the hard-earned money we invested in this
project considering the likelihood that the unit we reserved would not be
safe for occupation is high. For this reason, we have decided to cancel our
purchase.

Consequently, we kindly ask for the following:

1. To stop the deposit of the remaining checks we issued from June

2018 constituting as our down payment for both the

 condominium unit and the parking lot and return the
unencashed checks to us; and

2. To refund us of our already encashed checks for the down

payment as mentioned above.
