0220 hrs Depart for Dubai on Air India Express flight by IX 191

0440 hrs Arrival at Dubai International airport. After completing Immigration/

custom formalities, group checks out of the airport terminal with their
luggage and gets to the arrival hall. Our representative will be
waiting with Placard.

0700 hrs Our representative will meet and assist your transfer to the City Hotel
in an A Premium Luxury A/c Coach. Upon reaching the hotel the
group will have Breakfast in the hotel Restaurant.

0900hrs Group Checks in to their respective room in the hotel. Normal Check
– in Time is 1400 hrs. Early Check – in is subject to room
availability. However we shall try for maximum occupancy.

1100 hrs Group will assemble in the hotel lobby and picked by a Premium
Luxury A/c Coach for transfer to Convention Centre at J W Marriott.

05th Dec Dubai

0700- 0830hrs Breakfast in the Hotel restaurant.

0900 hrs Dubai City Tour.

The group will board the A/c Deluxe Coach and taken for a Panoramic City tour
of Dubai. Experience both the modern and the ancient of Dubai. Our route takes us first
to the magnificent Jumeirah mosque, continuing towards the World Trade Center - one of
the highest buildings in the Middle East. On the way we pass some of the palaces
belonging to the Ruling family of Dubai. After a short break by the Creek, we arrive to
the oldest part of the city, Bastakia where old wind-towered houses of wealthy
merchants are still to be seen. Close by we visit the fascinating Dubai Museum in the Al
Fahidi Fort, which has been there almost for two centuries defending the settlers of early
days. As the final destination of this four hour tour we will walk through the bustling
alleys of these souks being amazed by mystical aromas of numerous spices and the
breath-taking amount of dazzling jewelry varying from traditional to the latest designs at
amazingly affordable prices displayed by almost 200 shops. The tour will include Burj Al
Arab, Palm Jumeriah etc

1230 hrs Enroute to the hotel the group will be escorted for Lunch in an Indian
restaurant.
1400 hrs Return to the hotel and Rest for Some time.

1500 hrs Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner.

1500 – 2230 hours The group will assemble in the hotel lobby & will be
escorted for Desert Safari- This off-road Arabian adventure takes you from the bustle
of Dubai city to the desert of golden sand dunes. You will travel to the desert from your
pick-up point in a luxury 4WD (Toyota Land Cruiser) and reach there in around 45
minutes. Next, the Arabian roller coaster ride known as dune bashing (desert driving) will
begin, where you will shriek and laugh with excitement as the car goes up and down the
dunes.
As the sun descends into the horizon, we stop to allow you to take sunset photographs,
while standing on top of the fading desert dunes. We now head to the campsite where a
convoy of camels awaits your arrival for short camel rides. After returning, you can
purchase some souvenirs before relaxing on a majlis (low cushions) in traditional
Bedouin tents. Enjoy an Arabian BBQ (barbeque/barbecue) buffet dinner beside a blazing
Bonfire with traditional cups of coffee and dates, underneath the pitch-black night sky.
You can also get more dressed for the occasion by dressing in traditional Bedouin male
or female garments, and also have Henna (temporary tatoo) decorate your hands, legs
and feet and smoke flavored sheesha (hubbly-bubbly/water pipe). Before we head back
to Dubai, we will be entertained by the dancing of a belly dancer to traditional Arabic
music, and you are welcome to join along.

2230 hrs Return to the hotel and overnight stay

0700-0845hrs Breakfast in the Hotel restaurant.
0900 hrs Group will assemble in the Hotel Lobby and board the Luxury
Coach for a Towering Full day Abu Dhabi City Tour.
1300 hrs Group will have Lunch at an Indian Restaurant in Abu Dhabi
 1700 hrs Evening return to the hotel and some time is free at Leisure.
2030 hrs Group will assemble in the hotel lobby and picked by a Luxury

Payment Terms

o The balance payment tour cost is fully payable to us by Cash/ Demand
Draft/ Local Cheque favoring M/s SHAURYA TRAVELS PVT LTD with in 07
working days upon clearance of UAE Tourist Visa for the applicant.

Cancellation Policy:
1 Airlines: Retention charges on cancellation based on departure dates
No Refund Once Ticket to be issued.
1 Hotel accommodation: Retention charges on cancellation based on Check-in dates
A 25 % retention in case cancellation advice is received 30 Days prior to Check –
in date.
B 50 % retention in case cancellation advice is received 15 Days prior to Check –
in date.
C 100 % retention in case of cancellation advice received within 15 Days of
Check – in date.
3 PLEASE NOTE AS PER DUBAI IMMIGRATION THERE IS A NEW RULE WHICH
HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED WITH EFFECTIVE 21 MAY 2008, ANY GUEST
VISA APPLIED AND IF HE FAILS TO TRAVEL AND THE VISA IS NOT USED
WITHIN 15 DAYS OF HIS TRAVEL, THEN THE DUBAI IMMIGRATION WILL
CHARGE USD 30/- PER VISA AS A PENALTY, INORDER TO CANCEL THE
VISA FROM THE SYSTEM WITH VISA CHARGES.
