AGREEMENT
Daily Rate: 700/day –Cut-off 15th -30th of the month.
1. Working hours 8:00am -6:00 pm.
2. Notify/text office personnel if you are not able to work.
3. 60 Pesos charge for late.
4. Client will pay your Overtime if you do service outside. OT starts 6pm
onwards.
5. After six months red calendar/national holiday will be paid 30% of
your rate / day.
6. 300 pesos load allowance monthly.
7. 3% Commission for indoor service for no warranty unit.
8. 5% Commission for outdoor service for no warranty unit.
9. When do service outside must be 1-2 times go back or finish the
service. If 3 or more time you will shoulder the transpo or any other
expense.
10. 2% Commission for Projects with 100 pesos food allowance.
11. 2 % Commission for sales for retail price, 1% for dealer price.50%
for you and 50% for the company if you do price mark-up.
12. 100 pesos for transport allowance for visiting client or outdoor
marketing.
13. Sales Quota P300, 000.00 first six months.
14. With 13th month pay.
