Psu Talaytayan Dnace Troupe Bylaws
The goals of the organization include but are not limited to:
Article I – Name
The name of this organization shall be PSU Talaytayan Dance Troupe (P.T.D)
Article II – Membership
Section 2. In order to be eligible for an executive board position you must have
been on PSU Talaytayan Dance Troupe for 2 or more years, be in good
academic standing, and show the current executive board that you are
mentally prepared and organized to run the dance troupe.
Section 3. The term of office for the officers of PSU Talaytayan Dance Troupe
shall be from the date the position is passed down to you until your
University graduation, unless you have to leave the dance company
otherwise.
Section 4. The officers shall be elected by a majority of the executive board, and
when the decision cannot be made in a timely fashion, the Co-Director
and President will have the deciding vote.
Section 5. Vacancies of offices shall be (appointed or elected by) the current Co-
Director, President and Vice-President only.
Section 2. All executive and legislative power granted herein shall be vested in
the Executive Board.
Section 1. Practice days are subject to change depending on the schedules of the
members for the specific semester. The dance company should practice
a total of 6 hours a week.
Article VI – Committees

Section 3. Any individual who is impeached shall be given full notice of the
allegations against him/her and shall have an opportunity to respond to
them.
In order to maintain active status, the organization agrees to abide by those rules and
regulations, given to us by PSU Taytay Student Government and PSU-Taytay Student
Activities.
a. Take brief minutes of each meeting and take care of any major
correspondence concerning the dance troupe as a whole.
a. Select, fit, and take care of costumes for cast members, and aid
entertainers. May assist with multiple costume changes during
performances.
Article XI – Finances
Section 1. Dues will be paid by individuals of the group, P20.00 every month, at a
selected date that the Treasurer will work with the President to create.
Section 2. Fines includes, P1 peso per minute for being late, P5.00 for improper
rehearsal outfit(top/shorts), P50.00 for not attending regular and
emergency meeting, P 20.00 absents in rehearsal and during actual
performances.
Section 2. Funds will be used for team operations including costumes and space
payments for the end of the year recital.
Section 3. All finances shall be handled by the Treasurer under the watchful eye
of the President.
